The Barn on Jackson- Salina and Jeremy’s Wedding Day

It was a gorgeous, sunny day when I pulled up to photograph Salina and Jeremy’s wedding at The Barn on Jackson in Chehalis, Wa. The girls were giggling in the Bride’s room as their hair and makeup were perfected and the guys were relaxed and hanging out enjoying each other in the Groom’s den. The rustic barn served as the perfect backdrop for this country wedding and all the details that Salina had worked hard on fit her theme perfectly.

I adore this couple, I have had the privilege to work with them several time now. I met Salina when my son was placed in her preschool classroom several years ago. Her kind and gentle demeanor made me instantly like her. She is thoughtful, loving, considerate and genuine to all people she meets. I have so enjoyed getting to know her, Jeremy and their families the past few years and was thrilled when she asked me to document their big day. All aspects of their wedding showed the love they have for each other and their families. Salina lost her beloved father a couple years ago, and they both made sure to pay tribute to him throughout the day so his spirit and love could be felt. Such a gorgeous couple and so deserving of a beautiful day- it was an honor to spend it with them. Enjoy some of the pictures from their rustic wedding and everyone have a great day!
