Lillian and James’ Fourteenth Twin Birthday Photo Session

It’s double the fun today because we are celebrating twins, Lillian and James’ fourteenth birthday! I met up with these two teens in downtown Tacoma a couple weeks ago for a fun birthday photo session showing off their individual talents and getting some updates pictures for their birthday. James plays lacrosse and Lillian is a dancer and the two of them had fun coming up with some poses to showcase their skills in front of the camera. I love what they came up with!

Today is their “golden” birthday, meaning that they are turning 14 on May 14th (their amazing mom educated me on what that means). This is the age where change happens so quickly and it was an honor to capture their growth, development and skills on camera. We walked around downtown Tacoma and got some great pictures of the two of them together as well as some fun, casual individual photos. In the day where everyone is so busy and the kids come and go with their school, activities and friends, it was nice to pause a bit and spend the time to document this milestone for them.
