I am super excited to share the images from Jake and Chantelle’s Pacific Northwest rustic wedding today! I do a handful of weddings each year, and I have to say that this was one of the prettiest weddings I have had the privilege to capture. Both Jake and Chantelle are adventurous souls. They love to hike and spend time exploring the Pacific Northwest during their free time. So when they had access to a beautiful piece of property on the Hood Canal, they knew it was the perfect spot for their wedding day. Jake and Chantelle constructed the site from scratch. They brought in all the tables, chairs, flowers and decorations and created a masterpiece for their wedding. Chantelle has such an eye for detail and made lots of DIY projects to pull her vision together. She did an amazing job and it was gorgeous.
You always learn a lot about a couple when you spend their wedding day with them. I love that both Jake and Chantelle kept their day simple and focused on the two of them. The emotions from them both were so heartfelt and sincere. You can see the respect and dedication these two have for each other’s happiness and its was so endearing. Both of them were surrounded by loving friends and family members at a ceremony that was full of love, laughter and sentiment. They had a gorgeous blue sky day (after a little rain that morning) that provided the perfect setting for their beautiful, rustic wedding.
Congratulations to you both, Jake and Chantelle. It was such an honor to spend the day with you and I wish you all the happiness in the world. Here is a sneak peek into their beautiful Pacific Northwest rustic wedding!
