It's So Much More Than Photos...
As a boy mom raising my own family, I often find myself asking, "Where does the time go?" Do you do that, too?
Time is so fleeting, and with our busy schedules, it's hard to stop and notice all the changes our children are going through. We invest so much time in loving and raising our kids, driving them to swim meets, attending school events, and managing daily routines. Then all of a sudden, they are towering over you and quickly shaping into the adults they will soon become.
The two pictures below were taken of my family 5 years apart. Can you see all the change? In the rear-view mirror is my 9-year-old little boy and on the horizon is a young man who will soon be ready to head off to college. The only way I know how to slow down time is through the magic of photography. This is why I'm so passionate about photographing teens. Through my lens, I aim to capture the essence of this transformative time in a child's lives. It's more than just taking pictures; it's about celebrating their journey and the incredible individuals they are becoming.
